Als supermercats hi ha tal abund\u00e0ncia de productes i a un preu tan baix que \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil detectar i valorar les implicacions que hi ha al darrere de cada tria que hi fem. Tamb\u00e9 sabem que es llen\u00e7a molt menjar i que aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 enormes conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies mediambientals i socials.<\/p>\n<p>Les campanyes anti malbaratament posen l&#8217;\u00e8mfasi en el consumidor final i la seva responsabilitat i poc sabem, per exemple, de les relacions de poder existents al llarg de la cadena agroaliment\u00e0ria o de les pol\u00edtiques que afavoreixen l&#8217;agroind\u00fastria en detriment de la pagesia. Tampoc es parla massa de les desigualtats de classe i la resta de components interseccionals que incideixen a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;aliment i el seu tractament.<\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;aquesta visi\u00f3 d&#8217;aparent abund\u00e0ncia, est\u00e0 clar que estem davant d&#8217;un problema sist\u00e8mic.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 es llen\u00e7a menjar? Parlem de log\u00edstica, consci\u00e8ncia, est\u00e8tica o pol\u00edtica?<\/p>\n<p>Quina \u00e9s la nostra responsabilitat i com l&#8217;abordem sense rendir-nos a l\u2019eco-ansietat?<\/p>\n<p>I perqu\u00e8 parlem d&#8217;aix\u00f2 a un centre d&#8217;art?<\/p>\n<p>En aquest podcast aprofundirem sobre l&#8217;aprofitament alimentari com a eina d&#8217;emancipaci\u00f3 i com podem fer valer el nostre poder a l&#8217;hora d\u2019incidir al sistema alimentari actual.
